Well, I was SUPPOSED to be at school today.  But, Ellie decided to get hurt and we spent 6 hours in the ER at Cook Children's Hospital last night. She fell out of a chair and hit her head on a rock fireplace. After some vomiting, her pediatrician recommended to take her to the ER. She was cleared to come home but needs to be monitored for the next 24-48 hours. For these reasons, I'm at home loving on my baby girl today.

    1. Make sure you are done with the 3-3-1
    2. Then, make sure you are done with the Short Answer Practice from yesterday.
    3. Today's assignment is to do the Short Answer Cross-Over Question.  This question is over the article about driverless cars and the article about the effects of video game binges.  
    4. The sub should have a hard copy of the questions.  Here's the digital link, just in case.  (Do one as a class and then one on your own.) 
  3. If you work hard and I get a good report from the sub, you will get a Free Day on Friday.  Seriously, you should be working and NOT online, except to read this blog post.
